Full disclosure, I did take this with a new supplement, so I can't 100% confirm it was the sole reason for the differences I noticed.Just finished the bottle and:First, I've had tennis elbow for over 2 months that is really annoying and prevented me from doing curls and other exercises like I normally would. That is mostly gone now.Second, general mental state has improved (confidence, positivity, ect)Third, I feel like the quality of my hair (facial hair b/c its 'new') has improved. I think this point is likely due to the other supplement though as it mentions that on the label.The taste to me was great and I actually looked forward to eating them.That said, the gummies themselves are very limited to the amount of ingredients when compared to capsules. That is the only drawback. I'd love to take gummies, but the price compared to what you get in a capsule is something to consider.

I have difficulty swallowing pills. It seems like most supplements have a larger pill or a multiple pill that one must take. That�s an unpleasant process for me, so I�m grateful to have these in the gummy form. Actually, I�ll be transitioning all my pills and capsules to gummy�s. Gummies �s also have a sweet and fruity taste so it�s substitutes as something for my sweet tooth as well.
